So, we thought, “why not take this a little further by creating a dance routine that improves your overall fitness level, produces amazing results, and helps you burn more than a thousand calories?” Even better, our high-intensity cardio workout involves working out to the upbeat afro and soca music. At the same time, you learn someAfro-Caribbean dance moves and feel truly free. *ps. Twerking and moving your hips is mandatory ;-).
